Q: How does the mySmileage Rewards Program work?
A: You will earn Smiles (points) & rewards based on your purchase activity at Menchie’s.

  • Earn 1 Smile (point) for every dollar you spend (on any item in store except the purchase of a Gift Card, eGift Card, catering or Menchie’s Store Parties) at any participating Menchie's.
  • Every time you earn 50 Smiles we will convert those Smiles into $5 Menchie's Money that can be used towards a future purchase at Menchie’s.
  • To earn your smiles, you must give the team member your phone number or present your Menchie’s mySmileage card before the transaction is completed.
  • Starting on October 1, 2021, mySmileage members can accrue smiles, but they must be registered online to redeem rewards.

Q: What is a Smile?
A: A smile is equal to $1 spent. You earn one smile (one loyalty point) for each pre-tax dollar you spend at a participating Menchie's location (except on the purchase of a Gift Card, catering, delivery or Menchie’s Store Parties).

Q: What earns me Smiles?
A: You get one smile per dollar spent on the pre-tax amount with any discounts applied. However, you will not receive smiles for Gift Card purchases, Menchie's Store Parties, delivery or catering.

Q: What is the maximum amount of Smiles I can earn per day?
A: You can earn a maximum of 75 Smiles per day.

Q: Is there a fee to join the mySmileage program?
A: The mySmileage program is completely free!

Q: Do I get partial Smiles?
A: Yes. For example, if your yogurt is $4.15, you get 4.15 Smiles.

Q: : I made a purchase before I registered for mySmileage. Can I get Smiles for a past purchase?
A: Smiles may only be earned at the time of transaction so they cannot be applied to past purchases. However, if you come in within the first 7 days of registering online, we will give you 10 bonus Smiles with any purchase, as mentioned in your Welcome email.

Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Rewards for smiles earned on purchases do not currently expire. However, smiles, promotional coupons and Menchie's Money given for birthdays and special promotions may expire. Please refer to the promotion message for the expiration date.

Q: Do my rewards have cash value?
A: cash value to rewards as they will be provided to you as a discount on items at Menchie's. Smiles, promotional coupons, or Menchie's Money may not be redeemed for cash.

Q: What can I buy with my mySmileage rewards?
A: You can use your Menchie's Money to buy any product at Menchie's excluding the purchase of Gift Cards, catering, delivery, and Menchie’s Store Parties. You can use your Menchie’s Money to buy frozen yogurt, waffle bowls, merchandise, drinks and cakes in-store.

Q: Do I get Smiles for Gift Cards or eGift Cards?
A: You will get smiles when paying for items with a Gift Card (redeeming a Gift Card). However, you will not get smiles for purchasing a Gift Card.

Q: My purchase was $5.60, but I only got $4.67 Smiles.
A: Tax is not included when issuing Smiles. Smiles are given on your actual purchase amount before sales tax.

Q: : I have a coupon and $5 in Menchie's Money, can I redeem both at the same time?
A: Menchie's Money redemptions cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Q: How do I change my mySmileage account number if I entered the wrong number when I signed up?
Your account number is either the phone number you registered with or the mySmileage account number on your mySmileage card. These numbers cannot be changed online. If you need a new card account number or entered the wrong account number while registering, please click here and fill out the form on the bottom of the page. A member of our guest care team will be in touch to assist you. .

Q:What benefits do I get if I register for mySmileage online?
By registering your mySmileage account, you will get the following benefits:

  • 25 free smiles — you'll already be halfway to your first reward!
  • You can earn 10 bonus smiles if you come in within the first 7 days of registering online and make a purchase.
  • Free $5 in frozen yogurt every time you reach 50 smiles
  • Free $5 in frozen yogurt on your birthday

Q: How do I check my balance?
A: Check your most recent receipt — your mySmileage balance is printed at the bottom. You can also check your account balance by click here to check your balance.

Q: How do I edit my info?
A: Log in to your account using your username and password here . Thank you for keeping us up to date!

Q: How do I get a username and password?
A: Click here to register for mySmileage online. After you enter your information, you will receive your username and password via the welcome email sent to the email address you provide on the registration page.

Q: Why do I have to give you my phone number?
A: Your phone number is used as your account number so that it’s easy for you to remember.

Q: How do I change my account number?
A: Your account number is the phone number you registered with and cannot be changed online. If you have a new phone number or entered the wrong phone number while registering, please click here and fill out the form on the bottom of the page. A member of our guest care team will get in touch to assist you.

Q: Why do you need to know my birthday?
A: We kindly ask that you provide your birthday so we can send you a special birthday gift. A reward worth the equivalent of $5.00 in Menchie's Money will be added to your mySmileage account and will be available from seven days before your birthday and seven days after. To redeem your birthday reward, you must present the team member with your registered phone number or your mySmileage card before the transaction is completed. This item is a special limited time offer. You must be a registered member for two weeks prior to your birthday in order to receive a $5.00 birthday gift.

Q: I got a new cell phone number, how can I update my account?
A: Please click here and fill out the form on the bottom of the page. A member of our guest care team will get in touch to assist you. (Please note: your original phone number must be registered as your mySmileage account number in order to be updated with your new number.)

Q: Why am I not receiving emails?
A:Please check your spam or junk mail folder as you may have accidentally opted out of receiving communications from us. Depending on your email provider, you may be asked to add us as a safe sender.

Q: How do I stop getting emails?
A: If you decide to no longer receive emails either click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of your mySmileage emails.

Q: What is the birthday Gift?
A: The birthday Gift is a one-time use $5.00 reward that can be redeemed just like you redeem Menchie's Money from your mySmileage account.

Q: How does the $5 coupon work?
A: If you provide your birthday when you register online here’s how it works:

  • When you receive a birthday email from Menchie’s, you have received your birthday gift. It will be valid for 7 days before your birthday to 7 days after.
  • Before you complete your transaction, make sure to tell the Menchie's team member to redeem your $5.00 birthday reward from your mySmileage account; it will be redeemed just like Menchie's Money at the register.
  • If the balance of the check is less than $5, you will not have any remaining birthday reward balance as it is a one-time use coupon.
  • If the balance of the check is more than $5 and you have no available Menchie's Money you will have to pay the difference.
  • If the balance of the check is more than $5 and you have additional Menchie's Money, it can be applied towards the transaction and you will only have to pay the difference of any remaining amount.
