Earn Smiles

·         Your Menchie's mySmileage card tracks Smiles & rewards to be applied to the Menchie's mySmileage program at participating Menchie's locations only. (You have the option to use a mySmileage Card,or your phone number as your mySmileage account number. You can link one mySmileage Card and one phone number to use interchangeably by linking them via online registration)

·         One Smile will be awarded for every dollar spent (pre-tax, after applicable discounts, including Groupon or any other third party programs) when you make purchases of product (excluding the purchase of Gift Cards, Catering and Menchie’s Store parties) at participating Menchie's locations only.

·         Your mySmileage account will reflect whole and partial Smiles you have earned. For example if your purchase is $4.15, you get 4.15 Smiles.

·         You must present your mySmileage card, phone number at time of purchase to have Smiles credited to your mySmileage account. (You have the option to use a mySmileage Card,Or your phone number as your mySmileage account number. You can link one mySmileage Card and one phone number to use interchangeably by linking them via online registration)

mySmileage Registration

·         You can register your account online to get 25 Bonus Smiles. Additionally, you can earn 10 Bonus Smiles if you make a purchase in-store within 7 days of registering online. Register by clicking here.

·         Exclusive email offers and discounts such as free items, double points and more!

·         If you lose your Card, Menchie’s can look up your account and replace it with a new Card, so you don't lose any of your rewards. You can also use your phone number that is registered on your account to earn or redeem rewards.

·         If you have multiple mySmileage accounts and you would like your smiles combined onto one account, please email INFO@MENCHIES.CA with all your accounts and confirm which one you’d like to keep.

mySmileage Rewards

·         Earn $5.00 in Menchie's Money (reward dollars) with every 50 Smiles you earn. Menchie's Money is added to your mySmileage account when earned. Check your receipt to see how many Smiles and how much Menchie's Money you have earned or click here.

·         You can earn a maximum of 75 Smiles per day.

·         Your Menchie's Money is not valid on the same transaction that earns the Menchie's Money,and is valid on a future visit only. Menchie's Money continues to accrue in your mySmileage account until it is spent and does not expire.

·         To redeem eligible Menchie's Money, present your mySmileage card, or the phone number you are using as your mySmileage account number to a cashier for redemption when making a purchase. Menchie's Money in your mySmileage Account will be applied toward your purchase as a discount, and you will be responsible to pay any remaining balance due. Your Menchie's Money will decrease by the amount redeemed toward your purchase.

·         mySmileage Card, Smiles, promotional coupons, or Menchie's Money have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

·         Menchie's Money and Smiles are valid at participating Menchie's locations only and have no expiration date, unless otherwise stated on the offer, and by law. Local laws vary.

·         Menchie's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mySmileage cards, Smiles, promotional coupons or Menchie's Money. Menchie's is not responsible for any unauthorized mySmileage account use.

·         Menchie's reserves the right to change or modify this program at any time, without notice.

·         Menchie's Money redemptions cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

mySmileage Birthday Gift

·         If you provide your birthday when registering online, a coupon worth the equivalent of $5 in Menchie's Money will be added to your mySmileage account as a birthday gift and will be available from one week before your birthday until one week after.

·         To redeem your $5.00 birthday coupon you must present the cashier your mySmileage Card or provide your account number before the transaction is completed. Your coupon can be used towards the purchase of any item sold at Menchie's. This Item is a special limited time offer.

·         You must be a registered member for two weeks prior to your birthday in order to receive a birthday gift.

·         The birthday coupon is a one-time use coupon that has an expiration date that will be made available on your mySmileage account. Once the coupon is attached to your account and you choose to redeem it, the coupon will be redeemed prior to any Menchie's money in your account on your next mySmileage redemption.

·         Currently the birthday gift is a $5 Menchie's coupon redeemable at Menchie's but not to be combined with other discounts or offers.

·         If the balance of the check is less than $5, you will not have any remaining birthday coupon balance because it is a one-time use coupon.

·         If the balance of the check is more than $5 and you have no available Menchie's money you will have to pay the difference.

·         If the balance of the check is more than $5 and you have additional Menchie's money it can be applied towards the transaction and you will only have to pay the difference of any remaining amount.
